Harvest is usually in mid-September and after a fermentation of 6/7 days in contact with skins, the unfinished wine is matured in old barrique  for about 4 months. A fining in cement vats follows until June when it is bottled without any filtering.
From 8,000 square metres of vineyard 4,500 bottles on average are produced. In this wine you can find the rich components mixed to the characteristic generous nose and fresh taste.
